That’s what Peter wanted too—until Jesus started talking about the cross. The hard truth is: we often call something “God’s will” when it’s really just our preference. But Jesus redefines power. Not control. Not dominance. Not comfort. The cross. This week, we’re letting Jesus confront our cravings for power and teach us how real life is found through surrender.
