Week 8 - Redefining Greatness

Sunday Passage:
Mark 10:35-45

Theme:
Servant Leadership

Weekly Reading: Mark 15

Relatable Story:
Everyone wants to matter. Everyone wants their life to count. But we live in a world that defines greatness as climbing—more attention, more influence, more recognition. James and John weren’t evil… they were just human. They wanted the best seats. And Jesus didn’t crush them—He corrected them. In the Kingdom, greatness doesn’t rise—it stoops. The highest person is the one most willing to serve. This week, we’re not chasing applause. We’re learning the joy of downward greatness.
